Welcome to Spring Creek Pediatrics!

Spring Creek Pediatrics, formerly McLean Medical Services, was founded by Dr. Susan McLean in December of 1984. We are a pediatric practice serving Chattanooga, TN, and the surrounding area. The practice is headed by Dr. Stephanie Stegall and run by an amazing group of providers, extenders, nurses, and staff. Our practice provides comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and young adults, with an emphasis on disease prevention.

We offer a wide range of services for pediatric patients. In addition to well and sick visits, we splint simple fractures, repair lacerations, and place IVs for both fluid management and IV antibiotics. We also provide evaluation and management of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, and depression. We welcome patients with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Lastly, we are committed to advocating for healthy lifestyles for our patients and are able to assist in weight management.
